On Friday, July 20th, the Court denied Kleiner Perkins motion to compel arbitration of the nasty harassment and discrimination claims brought by Ellen Pao, a junior Partner.
You can read the harassment complaint here so take a few minutes to read it. Not that there are many female technology entrepreneurs to begin with, but the ones out there may not want to work with Kleiner Perkins after this case gets litigated.
