FCPA Training

Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Online Training Course

Course Overview

Bribery and corruption cost the world economy more than 1 trillion U.S. dollars a year. They distort markets, impact emerging economies and cost companies millions in fines, penalties and investigation costs every year.

Too often employees mistakenly believe that bribery and corruption always involve suitcases of money and grand schemes to corrupt foreign governments, when in fact anti-bribery and corruption laws cover a wide range of direct and indirect payments made when conducting business in foreign markets.

Employees also often believe that bribery issues are limited to sales or marketing functions, but anti-corruption laws cover a broad range of business conduct with impacts all over the organization, including how organizations account for, record and review business expenses.

Effective training is a key part of any anti-bribery program and a critical tool to protect your organization’s brand, reputation and pocketbook.
