About Scott

Scott came to Emtrain from BetterUp, a virtual coaching startup, where he worked on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and built a sales and customer success team from 2 to 25 within 1 year. Prior to this he spent 4 years at Derive, an automotive technology company, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy and led a team of 45 spanning operations and all customer-facing roles.

Scott also spent 3 years in sales leadership at LinkedIn, and 9 years in a variety of roles at Korn/Ferry. He brings a unique blend of experience with HR buyers, culture/assessment-related product experience, sales strategy and team building.
