However, in the last 18 months, we’ve seen how companies have shifted their culture to embrace empathy and understanding.

Carin Knoop, Executive Director of Global Research at Harvard Business School, and Dr. Leann Pereira, Senior Director of Organizational Psychology at Emtrain discuss the steps that managers and employees can take to care of one another within a company.
