“One person can make a difference, and everyone should try.”

Corporate Culture Indicator Survey

The Greater Sacramento region is one of the most diverse communities in the nation. According to the County of Sacramento, “Our growing economy and educated workforce are part of one of the most livable and diverse regions in America and is the core cultural and economic center in the region.” Which is why our communities are primed to change the course of how we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our workplace.

The Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and SAFE Credit Union have joined forces to open doors for employers and employees in the Greater Sacramento Region.  Our survey, the “Diversity and Inclusion Diagnostic” invites employers and employees alike to share their experiences with DEI in the workplace.  Upon completion of the short survey, training videos will be available to all who wish to enhance DEI training in the workplace.

About the DEI Survey

Our DEI survey, also known as a Microlesson, is specifically designed to gauge employee sentiment around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We prompt employees with proven effective workplace scenario videos followed by poignant questions about your workplace culture. The result is a report that aggregates responses for your entire organization, providing you with real insights into your organizational culture, highlighting potential problems.

Diversity and Inclusion are the result of 6 specific actions – 3 actions from the organization and 3 from individuals. Think of these actions as the levers or the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for achieving inclusion. The 10-minute Microlesson will assess your strengths and weaknesses for creating an inclusive workplace.

Your Voice Matters

The economic recovery ahead provides an opportunity to create inclusive prosperity for generations to come. The Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with SAFE Credit Union to make the elevated training program and the workplace social indicator survey tool available to all regional businesses. At the Sacramento Metro Chamber, we are committed to finding measurable ways to advance and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion for a more resilient region.

Key Concepts of the Microlesson:

Interested in training your employees with 3-5 minute video lessons that address specific and timely concepts?
