If there's a concern on that issue -- you would ask questions such as:
Describe your ideal manager. What's that person like? Are there some managers that you find more challenging to work with? If so, please describe why they're more challenging.
Use questions to flesh out any hidden biases rather than directly asking if the person is biased.
