What if an employee, also a manager, states that they feel bullied by their boss but do not want that information communicated to anyone?

Answer:

Thanks for your question. You can always report to your HR team that a particular manager may have a bullying style based on comments/feedback from members of that person's team. See if the HR team can follow up with the manager in question before disclosing the identity of the complainant.
