Hootsworth’s Questions & Answers

Why is Medical Condition defined as anything related to or associated with a diagnosis of cancer? Aren't other medical conditions, such as diabetes or ADHD, included as well?

Yes, that's true. However, the California legislature defined "medical condition" this way in response to specific lobbying for this group of people.

Other conditions are covered under disability.
