It's no surprise that the COVID-19 pandemic has created several new workplace culture issues. As we begin to return to traditional workspaces, we need to address a few potential problems. Employees will have different comfort levels when returning to the office and it won't be easy for everyone to comply with safety policies.
This microlesson helps identify some of the new challenges brought on by COVID-19, and will give employees the tools needed to have some difficult conversations. Some employees may have a more challenging time coping with COVID than others, and managers need to read and navigate these situations.
