Code of Conduct Training

Code of Conduct, Mission and Values Online Training Course

Course Overview

Your Code of Conduct is more than a set of rules. It is a statement and a concrete commitment to a set of business conduct standards that supports your mission, values and culture. That means your Code of Conduct course needs to be more than just a series of 4-6 minute segments on various compliance topics.

As a starting point, our Code of Conduct training course starts at the beginning - by introducing your Mission and Values as foundational elements to your organization’s approach to doing business. It places your Code in the context of aspirational goals - not just rote or legalistic rules.

Code of Conduct also introduces learners to our Workplace Color Spectrum. The Workplace Color Spectrum gives learners a framework to analyze business situations and to make ethical decisions. It is an easy, accessible and effective tool to help employees ethically navigate in today’s business environment.

Finally, this course introduces and coaches learners on the business compliance topics that they are most relevant to their day to day business lives and decision making.
