How it Works

Questions about employee behaviors are embedded into courses and lessons that map to a prescribed set of compliance and culture skills. Employee responses are aggregated, scored and benchmarked to measure skills and risks over a 12-month period of time.

Learners are first shown a video depicting a workplace culture issue, an ethical dilemma, or a compliance topic.
