For 25 years, organizations have relied on policies and training to ensure that employee behavior matches corporate values. While program managers can point to completion certificates, today companies experience just as many violations of corporate values as we did 25 years ago. It’s time to take a different approach, a skills-based approach to values like respect, inclusion, and integrity.
The in-person workshop, Taking a Skills-Based Approach to Activating Corporate Values in Workforce Behavior, was intended to show people leaders how to teach the behaviors that illustrate corporate values and measure those behaviors to highlight strengths and weaknesses and make corporate risks more visible to executive leaders.
