Emtrain began piloting a 4-day workweek in August 2021 to solve challenges we were encountering across our organization. After polling our employees and analyzing our data, Emtrain was able to identify the following areas needing improvement:

  • Employee retention
  • Productivity
  • Mental health and wellness
  • Performance

We listened to our people and their needs and after much consideration, we made a bold move and decided to test-pilot the 4-day work week.

During this time, we have been methodically measuring the program’s success. The following statistics were pulled from Emtrain’s employee engagement surveys after a 6-month pilot program. Not only did we see improvement in our KPIs, but more importantly, our employees are happier and more engaged, resulting in the performance improvement we are seeing today.

Emtrain has never been more productive and more successful since the start of our pilot.
