Allison is a top-rated speaker at HR, industry, and diversity conferences around the country, including the 2018 and 2019 Society for HR Management Annual Conferences, where she was in the top 10 highest rated presenters. Allison is a noted expert and has appeared on NPR and in O Magazine discussing workplace harassment. She was brought into CBS News days after Charlie Rose was terminated to deliver harassment prevention training and appeared on CBS This Morning to discuss workplace harassment issues.
Allison specializes in delivering and customizing interactive management and human resources training using a discussion-based training style – no power point. She also conducts workplace investigations and delivers training to HR and other professionals on how to effectively conduct investigations. Allison also concentrates her practice on coaching executives and managers who have engaged in misconduct and serving as an expert witness.
Allison is a Charter and Sustaining and former Board Member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). Allison also served as junior faculty at the AWI Institute. Allison is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPRH) and SHRM-SCP certification.
