Inclusion & Belonging Courses
Emtrain’s Inclusion & Belonging learning track includes six foundational courses that help employees recognize the everyday behaviors and decisions that influence whether people feel respected, included, and able to contribute.
Training covers Diversity and Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Language, Respecting Gender Diversity, Upstander Intervention, and Accessibility in the Workplace. Employees learn how bias can influence workplace decisions, how language affects belonging, how to intervene when they witness harmful behavior, and how to work respectfully with colleagues across different identities, experiences, and abilities.
Who this training for: This training is designed for employees at every level, people managers, supervisors, team leads, and leaders responsible for creating respectful, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
Turn Inclusion Into Everyday Workplace Behaviors
Belonging is shaped by everyday interactions—who gets heard in a meeting, how feedback is delivered, whether stereotypes influence decisions, and whether someone notices when a colleague is being excluded.
This learning track includes 7 skill-focused Microlessons that turn broad inclusion concepts into practical workplace behaviors. Each Microlesson is a short, 3–5 minute training focused on a specific situation or skill that employees and managers can apply immediately.
Employees learn how to identify microaggressions and stereotypes, use inclusive language, recognize bias, understand workplace power dynamics, spot signs of exclusion, support neurodiverse colleagues, and conduct more inclusive team meetings.
