Emtrain’s management and leadership learning track includes six courses that help managers coach employees, manage performance, resolve conflict, make fair decisions, and lead within the law.
Who this training for: This training is designed for new and experienced managers, supervisors, team leads, department leaders, and employees preparing for management roles.

This learning track includes 10 Microlesson skills that managers can use to reinforce the foundational training courses and monitor changes in workplace risk throughout the year. Each Microlesson is a short, 3–5 minute training that focuses on a specific workplace situation or management skill, making it easy to assign and complete outside of annual training.
