What it Means to Be an Ally
Our LGBTQIA+ community deserves our allyship and support throughout the year, not just during June Pride Month. As more individuals choose to publicly own their identities both in and out of the workplace, it's important that non-members of the community work to understand the LGBTQIA+ experience–just as we all should with any marginalized group.
Microlesson DescriptionThis microlesson includes video submissions from our LGBTQIA+ community because becoming a better ally starts with listening to LGBTQIA+ people about their experiences. Educate your workforce on some of the trials and tribulations that these individuals face on a daily basis, and become better accustomed to the language.
