As CHRO for Instacart, Christina Hall oversees all functions related to the employee experience from recruiting, onboarding and people development, to Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity and Belonging, Security and Workplace to Culture and People Operations. As a leader of a team of HR and talent professionals, one of her favorite parts of her job is responding to employee questions at the weekly company all hands, where Instacart’s exec team fields any questions as upvoted by employees.
Formerly SVP and Chief People Officer at LinkedIn, Christina Hall led human resources for a company that puts talent at the center of its business and operating priorities. Prior to LinkedIn, she managed Facebook’s compensation team during their 2012 IPO and oversaw global compensation and benefits at Intuit. Earlier, she practiced law with a focus on executive compensation. Christina is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of California, Hastings Law School. From her first job in public relations, to a mid-career transformation from legal to HR leadership, her own path exemplifies the power of networks and relationships that are core to professional success. Currently, Christina sits on advisory boards for Syndio, Rebellion Defense and Stanford’s Bing Overseas Studies Program.
