About Kristen
Kristen is a tenured HR and finance professional with over 15 years of experience. Her work history includes servicing 25+ corporate clients including several Fortune 500 companies during her tenure with Charles Schwab. Most recently, she was a member of the HR Finance team at Eaton Corporation focusing in the benefits space. She has a passion for presenting value in people and processes and loves to challenge the status quo. She holds an MBA, BS of Management, and BS of Accounting, all from Baldwin-Wallace University.
Outside of the office, Kristen is the CFO of the Women’s National Football Conference; the premier women’s tackle football league in the United States. While no longer playing football herself, she loves coaching youth football and is an avid Peloton enthusiast. She resides outside of Cleveland, Ohio with her husband, son, daughter, and three dogs.
