Putting Yourself Out There

We often interact with the same people every day, gravitating towards those similar to us. But, by expanding our circle to include people with different backgrounds, we can gain a whole new perspective on the world. Building relationships with a diverse group of people can seem daunting, but doing so exposes us to ideas and viewpoints that we had never even considered before.
