Allison Hubbard Colgin

Allison manages Emtrain’s “Ask the Expert” forum, where she answers workplace questions from course participants. She has collaborated with Emtrain’s founder and CEO, Janine Yancey, and the content team to develop engaging lessons and programs for online HR compliance courses. An employment lawyer for over 30 years, Allison has worked in law firms and as in-house employment counsel, advising employers on complex legal issues. She is currently a partner at VLP Law Group LLP, serving in their Employment and Litigation Practice Groups.
