Yes, the “My Org” results information on the response cards can be turned off at the account level.
You’ll start by gathering your assets (like videos or introduction text) and then completing a specific form that outlines your desired tailoring options for the training cards or lessons. Customizations involve adding, editing, reorganizing, or deleting cards. There are multiple card types that consist of text only, text with images, video cards, and interactive question cards.
To ensure your requested edits are captured accurately, clients are required to gather all necessary assets and submit a Customization Scoping Workbook. This workbook is specifically designed to help you detail your desired content changes thoroughly.
Once your workbook is submitted, our team will work to implement your edits, helping you create even more effective and tailored training experiences.
Please note that this service does not include adding or changing custom images or videos within your content cards.
For most content, you can add up to two cards that can include a client introduction text and/or a client-supplied video. For the “Code of Conduct” course, you can add one card with either an introduction text or video.
No, our tailoring process does not include adding or removing custom copy that isn’t specified in the available options. We also don’t reorganize the existing content structure.
No, for all content except “Code of Conduct,” there are no minimum or maximum limits on adding or removing policy acknowledgment cards.
