This learning track includes 6 skill-focused Microlessons that help employees recognize common situations where workplace boundaries, power dynamics, and expectations for appropriate conduct can become less clear.
Employees learn how to recognize situations that commonly lead to harassment concerns, understand how managerial power carries into off-duty interactions, identify inappropriate behavior and blindspots, establish healthy behavioral norms, recognize exclusion, understand workplace power dynamics, and respect differences in employee values.
These short, scenario-based lessons can be assigned throughout the year or used proactively before holiday parties, company retreats, conferences, business travel, team celebrations, and other work-related social events when employees may benefit from a reminder that workplace expectations still apply.
