Emtrain’s 2022 Year in Review

2022 has been a year of change for many companies. As the world has been rocked by upheaval, companies have had to adapt, finding new ways to work in a changing world. The whole time, Emtrain has been right there along with them, helping managers, HR professionals, and DEIB leaders build a respectful and inclusive workplace for everyone. This has been a period of huge growth for Emtrain, with new content and features being rolled out for the Emtrain Solution throughout the year.

Now we stand at the end of one year, looking over the precipice of another. As 2022 draws to a close, we wanted to take this opportunity to look back on all that we’ve been able to accomplish over the course of the year and say a special thank you to all those who have partnered with us on our journey. This year has sent many challenges our way, but we’ve been able to overcome each and every one of them alongside our partners. As we like to say here at Emtrain, we’re all living it together.

Big Milestones

Emtrain was hard at work in 2022, partnering with clients to analyze workplace dynamics and reduce attrition by supporting workplace culture.This year, we hit some huge milestones. Here are a few that we’re especially proud of:

Exciting Updates to the Emtrain Solution

2022 also brought huge developments for the Emtrain Solution. This year we rolled out two brand new sets of microlessons: the DEI in Healthcare series and the Unconscious Bias Skill-Building series. The first series was targeted to address the issue of exclusion and toxic culture within the healthcare industry. The latter aimed to make people question their automatic assumptions in the workplace, using critical thinking to make decisions rather than snap judgments. Together, these series represent a substantial chunk of new content to train people across industries in respectful and inclusive workplace behavior.

In 2022, we also rolled out a brand-new Emtrain Analytics feature for the Emtrain Solution. With Emtrain analytics, managers and HR leaders can get hard data on the amount of respect, equity, and inclusion in their workplace. Emtrain empowers clients to compare their workplace culture data against industry-wide benchmarks across different business sectors. With this information at their fingertips, HR professionals can identify exactly where a company’s strengths lie and where its culture can improve.
