Microlesson Description
In this microlesson, we explore Black History Month's 2022 theme of Black Health and Wellness, celebrating the historic achievements made by Black Americans, while shedding light on racial health disparities in our nation today. Physical health and mental wellbeing are crucial to everyone, and getting access to these resources is even more essential. The content of this lesson is also a reminder that we all have different experiences and it's important for everyone to understand these experiences so we can create change for the better.
