Creating Space for Authenticity
Authenticity and belonging are cornerstones of a healthy and positive workplace culture. Yet, all too often, employees of color feel that they need to hide their heritage and white-wash their culture in order to belong at work. The vibrant Hispanic and Latinx culture resonates far beyond the United States. To foster a healthy workplace environment, it is crucial to provide acceptance training and create a space where employees of Hispanic and Latinx heritage can freely embrace their authentic selves.
